Other Notes
•Late check out and early check in requests are subject to availability and have an additional value please inquire about this.
•Part of what makes this home special is its setting in the Santa Cruz Mountains, alongside a year-round creek and surrounded by forest. Wildlife is part of that landscape — you may spot deer, foxes, or other woodland creatures, though sightings are rare and they generally avoid people. A few simple habits will keep your stay easy and worry-free: Admire wildlife from a distance rather than approaching it, we recommend keeping a close eye on children near the creek and wooded areas at all times, as conditions like water flow and terrain can change and store food and trash securely.
