For clients enrolled in our Premium STR and MTR Management Tier, we will handle the licensing process on your behalf, including preparing and submitting the necessary documentation to obtain your rental license. For all other owners, we provide consulting and step-by-step guidance throughout the process, allowing you to confidently complete the application yourself while remaining compliant with local regulations.
